Subscriptions
Delivery times
UK subscribers should receive each issue on or before the on sale date each and every month. We also endeavour to get issues to our overseas subscribers as fast as possible although we cannot offer any guaranteed delivery times. Digital subscribers will be able to view each issue from the on sale date, guaranteed.
Changing address
You can change the address of any of your subscriptions by going to your account page and selecting the subscription you wish to change. This will then take effect immediately.
Merchandise Orders
Delivery times
Stock permitting, all orders place from within the UK should be received within 5 working days although on many occasions this will be sooner. Again we cannot guarantee delivery times on overseas orders.
Digital Editions
What are digital editions?
Digital editions are exact copies of the magazine out there in the shops but they are delivered direct to your computer in electronic format. You can view a sample issue free of charge here.
How do I view the digital editions?
The digital editions are displayed using FlashPaper so all you need is a web browser with the latest Flash player installed. This is free of charge and can be downloaded here if you haven't got it.
Can I download the digital editions?
The short answer is no. However you can view them online at any time and we will be keeping the all the issues online for the forseeable future.
